How to use +

1. Prep Your Skin
Start with a clean, makeup-free face and neck. Ensure skin is oil-free when using EMS or Electroporation, as oils block the current.

2. Choose Your Mode
• Hold the bottom button for 2 seconds to power on.
• Press it once to switch modes.
• Use the top button to adjust intensity.
Apply a water-based serum or gel for smooth gliding and proper conduction. (Avoid oils.)

3. Treatment Guide
• Glide the head upward along the face and neck.
• Avoid direct contact under the eyes.
• Use 5–10 minutes per session, 3× (EMS, EP) per week. Other modes can be used daily..
Avoid strong acids, retinol, or alcohol-based products during Electroporation.

4. Safety
Do not use if pregnant, have a pacemaker/heart condition, facial implants, or open wounds. Consult your doctor if unsure.

5. Cleaning
Wipe with a dry or lightly damp soft cloth only. Device is not waterproof — keep away from water and harsh chemicals. Store in a dry place.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often can I use it

We recommend using the EP/EMS 2-3 times a week for approximately 10 minutes per treatment. If using EMS and EP, we recommend alternating these treatments on different days for best results. Other modes can be used up to 5x a week.

Does it hurt

Most users will experience facial contractions whilst using EMS or EP however it is not painful. Some users will experience tingling post treatments - this is nothing to be alarmed about and will generally subside quickly.

Can I use EP along with other skincare treatments?

Yes, you can use an EP device alongside other skincare treatments like exfoliating, microdermabrasion, or microneedling, however we recommend spacing them out to avoid over-stimulating the skin.

While using EP (electroporation), we recommend avoiding products with strong acids (like AHAs), retinol, or alcohol-based formulas, as they can irritate the skin.

Will it get rid of my double chin?

Whilst results differ from person to person, studies have shown using facial EMS consistently may results in over an 18% increase in firmness, tone and lift.

I have acne, can I use it?

The LumiPore is generally safe to use however we reccommend against using the EP function if you have broken, irritated or highly inflamed skin. If you have concerns, please consult with your doctore prior to use.

Do I have to use a gel?

If you have it, yes. If not we recommend using a water based serum to assist with gliding the LumiPore against your skin. It may also assist with the conductivity of the electrical currents.

What is the warranty?

LumiPore has a 1 year replacement warranty.
