Return Policy for Bundle Purchases:
We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you decide to return a product from a bundle, please note the following:

Full Refund for Bundle Purchases: When returning any item from a bundle, you will receive a refund based on the full price of the product, not the sale price or bundle discount.

Return Requirements: All products being returned must be in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
7 Day Grace Period
My Smooth Skin offers a 7-day grace period (from the purchase date) for a query submission should you discover that the device is not suitable for your skin condition.
12 Month Warranty
My Smooth Skin offers a 12-month's warranty. Should your device have any defects within this period, we will replace it with a new handset. If your product is defective and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:
- Take a clear video of the defect
- Email hello@mysmoothskin.co.za with a short description detailing the defect and your video attached
- Once approved, send back your product as directed with all contents it came with
- A replacement of your product will be processed once we have received the defective one
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping our item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Queries that do not meet the above criteria will not be successful.
