How to claim your money back:
1. To be eligible to claim a refund, individuals must have purchased our Hair Removal Handset from our online store between 9.00am 1 August 2018 and 11.59pm on 31 December 2021.
2. This new Policy is effective from Saturday, 7 August 2021, 09:00am.
3. On the day your order is delivered send us an email at email@example.com with your before picture and the subject header "90 Day Money-Back Guarantee". You have a grace period of 3 days to send this email. Once the guarantee has been applied you can trial our Handset for at least 70 days from date of purchase, but for no more than 90 days.
4. If your application does not meet our policy terms, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded. If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse.
5. The only thing that will determine good results is consistency and using the device according to the tips & instructions we recommend.
6. Once your refund has been approved, return the Handset (in its original packaging and contents) via a courier service not more than 90 days from date of purchase to the address provided by our customer care representative.
7. Once we have received and assessed the handset we will refund you the price of purchase (at the time of purchase).
All the courier costs for returning the Handset are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
