- Consistent weekly treatments are required. Failure to follow this schedule may impact your results.
- Return shipping costs and the process of sending the device back to us (once approved by our Results Team) are the sole responsibility of the claimant. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
- Once we receive and assess the device, we will refund you the original purchase price (at the time of purchase).
- If your claim does not meet our return criteria, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Incomplete or illegible claims will not be processed for a refund. We reserve the right to reject a refund if we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide.
