Unit arrived without a manual (although the box clearly says there is one - see picture). Sent an email requesting a copy. Still waiting (over a week and counting...) Not sure what I am doing wrong (hence the need for a manual) because it takes forever between "zaps" ('m probably pressing in the wrong place...). So far very underwhelming experience.
Second month using it and seems promising. Hair growing back slower on legs .need to use longer to see complete results. But so far so good
